You can try. The problem is the info is scattered and often conflicting, and it’s easy to do the right step at the wrong time. We give you a clear sequence and support when real life doesn’t match the “perfect steps” online.

JUMPSTART is a guided 6-month system: webportal + mobile app, weekly live group sessions, and built-in AI tools. It’s made to help you do the move yourself—without guessing.
It is not a done-for-you relocation service, and it does not include ongoing 1:1 chat, document filling/legal review, appointment booking, or in-person accompaniment.

No one can promise savings. What we do reliably reduce are the expensive detours: wrong timing, wrong commitments, rework, and delays. Think of it as paying for fewer “learning the hard way” moments.

The system is built for busy people: you follow the next right step, and use live support to unblock issues when they appear. The good thing: you can walk through the topics with your mobile phone on the sofa, in the train, even on the road (because most of the content is also available as mp3 file).

You don’t need to match anyone else’s pace. We try to put you in cohorts that match your progress. You can master the journey without attending the live sessions, but usually these sessions are exactly what our clients appreciate a lot.

You bring your situation, submit questions, and get answers when decisions arise—plus you learn from the cohort’s questions. If you miss a session, you don’t “fall behind.” The portal keeps your next steps clear, and you can take your questions to the next live session.

Unusual is normal. The roadmap is customized around your steps and scenarios (your work permit category, your destination city, your family siuation). You can ask situation-specific questions—and we will answer them in a way that is beneficial for all participants.

If a topic is high-stakes, you can add focused 1:1 help.

You get 6 months full access, because that’s the typical window from visa prep to being fully settled. You will have filed your application for the residence card and will only wait for the appointment at the Foreigners Office (to take your biometrics) to happen. 2-6 weeks after that you can pick your card up. You will master this without the support of the program as you are already fully prepared for it.

If you feel like needing continued support, you can optionally book access for €99/month (cancel 10 days before renewal).

Protection of our clients' data is important for us and it is, therefore, a key element of our code of conduct signed by each of our Relocation Consultants: client-related is to be treated confidentially unless specifically necessary to provide.

Our Collaboration tool is secured via a 2-factor authentication. Any data transfer, as well as stored files, is subject a 256 Bit SSL key and the web application qualifies for the security standard WAFEC 1.0.

Archiving regulations require the deletion of unnecessary client-related information after 6 months of the final invoice.

JUMPSTART is designed to be budget-friendly with group support. If you need dedicated 1:1 help for one challenge (most often homefinding), that’s available as a separate 1:1 One Challenge option.
