Usually, no. In most cities, timing is unpredictable. You will get one viewiing this week, maybe two the next and another one comes in for this afternoon. We recommend planning for 3 months of furnished temporary housing so you can attend viewings when they happen.
Yes. Furnished rentals are often easier and sometimes possible without an in-person viewing. That’s what our TEMP STAY and MINI option is designed for.
Then strategy matters even more. We’ll set realistic criteria for your city and salary—so you don’t waste weeks chasing apartments you’ll never get approved for.
We explain key terms and flag anything unusual. We’re not lawyers, but we have seen more than 1.000 lease agreements. If need be we will tell you to pass it by your employer’s legal team or a third-party lawyer if needed.
Yes. You can upgrade from TEMP STAY to MINI und from SMART to PREMIUM if you realize you need more support once the search is underway.
Or you book only additional viewings for €250 each. Or you book the handover and provider sign-up for an additional €400.
Yes. You can reduce the price of the SMART and PREMIUM Package by € 500, if you inquire the apartments with our wording yourself. We will be back in once a landlord invites you to a viewing.
No worries, you can always upgrade. A week longer will comes for € 100. An additional accompaniment can be booked for € 200. Rest assured, we will tell you from the beginning, if we feel the search criteia are too restrictive and thus you are increasing the risk significantly, not to have an apartment within the time allowed.
